Terrible glitch in the krypt

So at 15, 34 where you have to pull the 4 switches in order, I accidentally messed up because I misunderstood what I was supposed to do. And now it won't let me pull any of the levers to reset. Apparently it's a known bug BUT now I can not complete the krypt. 20 dollars is kind of bs to get it all and plus I was down for the adventure of completing this. But this bug/glitch is going to prevent me from doing so.

Have you guys heard of this, or a possible fix?

Unfortunately no): tried like 30 times and then looked it up and it's apparently broken. Only fix had something to do with deleting my save but fuck that. Absolutely not.

My problem is finding a lot of "time sensitive" chests... that refuse to let me open them.

You have to use all four levers to make them reset. Did you try that?

I heard of it but it hasn't happened to me yet, I actually just tried it today for the first time and it worked ok. Have you downloaded the latest update?

Yeah, I was gonna say, didn't they mention fixing that problem in the latest update?

No it doesn't reset when you pull them all.

Apparently there is a fix.

Step 1: uninstall the game.
step 2: go into offline mode
step 3: Re install the game

And apparently because the last update is what caused this the door should automatically open when you reinstall it and don't update it.

I'm going to try this when I get home.

EDIT: I'll record it to see if it works and I'll post it to shoe you guys what's going on.

Will be fix in next update. Just save up until then. Also, I feel like such an idoit after figuring out what i was suppose to do.

I thought the same thing was happening to me, but then i found out that those chests that wont let me open them had contents that I had already unlocked but still appear for some reason.

So I forgot to record because I am dumb but the method I listed did work. I didn't know it was confirmed being fixed, so I wanted to take care of it now

I believe they did mention something about that. I think this might be a digital version problem, as I have not encountered any issues in the Krypt yet, and I spent a lot of time in their today lol I straight up spent all 200,000 of my koins in their today and feel like I have barley put a dent in the Krypt lol

I looked up what was in the contents of those chests that wouldn't let me open them in those krypt guides online, and found out that it stuff that had already unlocked in other modes like sonya's tournament skin.

Which guide did you use to look it up?

I thought Prima's would have been the go-to, but I didn't see the chests I was looking for on theirs. Unless I overlooked it or something.

I used this one to look up the coordinates of the chests I couldn't open.
