Scorpion's "Toasty" should definitely come back.

Also his flaming skull costume from DA was hot (no pun intended)

Old Moves
Reptile- Force Ball should return, it was great to set up combos with.

Sub-Zero- Ground Freeze was great, too bad it became a nock off for Bo Rai Cho.

Smoke or Sektor- Teleport Uppercut, I think it would be nice to see it return for either character.

Kabal- The ground saw was great to get in a nice combo finisher, I think that should definetly return.

Shang Tsung- Rising Fireball/ Morph, just because they looked really cool when he did themin MK3

Sonya- Verticle Bike Kick, this was a great defense for people who loved to do that damn jump kick manuever to pin you on the other side of the wall.

Sektor- Homing missle was a fun little move to do and drive your friends crazy while they tried to avoid it.

New Moves:
Sub-Zero:
Iceicle Kick: Sub Zero does a flip kick and creates a crescent blade out of ice when he backflips that travels across the floor at the opponent.

Arctic Armor: An amplification of his Dragon Armor. Sub-Zero would reinforce his armor with ice, rasing his defense by 200% precent for 20 seconds before it melts.

Ice Wave: Sub-Zero shoots a wave of jagged ice at his opponent across the floor which does a 3 hit combo damage if it connects.

Ice Planet or Flash Freeze: A move used by the original Sub-Zero in the first MK movie when he faught Lui Kang. He creates a globe of kori energy around himself for a few seconds as it expands, anything that makes contact freezes instantly.

Ice Cannon: A stronger version of his Ice Blast. Instead of a small chunk of kori energy shooting out of his hand, an entire beam is shot freezing the opponent and causing additional damage.

Smoke:
Energy Shield: Smoke forms a shield of energy around his body to protect himself from any damage, projectile or physical based for 5 seconds.

Cloak: Smoke turns invisible to the naked eye until he is hit.

Rocket Punch: Smoke shoots his entire forearm like a shotgun blast at the opponent and then retracts it.

Warp Grasp: Smoke shoots his hands into the ground and the come up from underneath the opponent grabbing them by their head and smashing them on the floor.

Plasma Cannon: Smoke shoots a beam of concentrated energy from his chest at the opponent dealing fire damage on impact.

Overload: Smoke charges up a mass of energy and then releases it one burst against the opponent the form of a violent wave.

Sektor:
Upgrade: Like the Power Up in DA, Sektor upgrades his physical, projectile, and defense properties by 100% percent for 10 seconds

Entangle: Sektor shoots out a cable from his right wrist, at the opponent. When it connects, instead, of dragging the opponent back, it constricts them in place.

Shoker Missle:Sektor shoots out a missle from his chest like in previous games, but this missle then opens up like a claw, latching on to the opponent's chest and electricuiting them afterwards.

Farenhiet 451: Sektor Shoots out a a jet of flames from his wrists across the stage at the opponent like a flamethrower.

Yeah, I would like to see Reptiles force ball back. But I would also like to see these moves:

Rain: a move that actually includes rain
Kitana: a Tornado move were she gets her fans out & spins around
Meat: a steak cannon, lol
Sindel: Bring back her fly move
Mileena: since she is half Tarkata, have her blades come out of her fingertips & have her spin around like Kitana
Cyrax: Bring back the net

and more importantly:

BRING BACK THE ANIMALITIES AND PLEASE MAKE THEM BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the icicle kick idea. The arctic armor & the warp grasp are also ingenious. But instead of a massive beam of kori energy for the ice cannon, why not have have him shoot out thousands of tiny, jagged, razor sharp ice shards like a shotgun. Shang Tsungs morph should definately make a comeback. But Smoke did have the teleport uppercut in MKD (it was called Smokeycut). But still, very good ideas.
