I don't understand why would people step with their dirty shoes on the couch ? Is this exclusive to Americans ? I even seen people with their nasty shoes in their beds. Wtf ?

I was raised to take my shoes off, inside. Used to wear slippers, though I have a pair of clean, inside sneakers now.

People on TV usually wear their shoes inside all the time.

It really isnt that complicated, it may seem so at first if you are just getting into it but other than that its not lol

And I don't wear my shoes in my house, I always habitually take them off when I first get inside lol

For me, complicated = good.

It used to be because story wasn't all that important, and a lot of it was to give context to all the crazy looking characters and mystical setting for anyone who really cared. That's not to say there isn't some really awesome story and mythology created for it; you just had to look behind the scenes for it. I think the story from MK1 through Deception was the best video game story by far. Now they rebooted everything though, so if you wanna follow the new story you can pretty much disregard all that old stuff. The story is now much easier to follow but also much less good.
