Does anyone know what else we get with the pre-order version of the game? I'd want more than just Goro if I'm gonna put down a bunch of money.

Put down a bunch of money? I thought all you had to put down for a pre-order was $5 at GameStop? Aside from that, you're paying the normal retail price. It's not like the pre-order bonus is going to cost extra.

I was thinking of a Collectors' Version, I guess

Well as what was said it's not like you're putting down any extra and can put as low as 5$. You might not even need to preorder for Goro, if you get it early enough most cases will just have the code in it. If you really want Goro though just play it safe and put down 5$ now and pay the rest on release.

I was thinking the same thing, but I went to GameStop's website and it says that the download code will print on the receipt so the game will need to be pre-ordered to get the code. Still, in regards to the OP, if you know you're going to get the game, just pre-order it. It's a $5 down payment for a game you already know you'll be satisfied with. I don't understand how this could be an issue.

I think gamestop just always says that so you do preorder. They said that for I think black ops 2 and I didn't preorder but the code for a map was still in the case.

The only we're advertising right now is the poster and Goro.
Expect it to be meaningless in a year or two after they are done supporting the game and release the Game of the year or complete edition. Seriously people just don't do it.
Buy the standard version or better yet save your money and just buy said complete edition for a cheaper price later on and greater value.
Seriously fuck WB.

Who knows, we may get some codes for skins as well.

Expect to be harassed by Gamestop employees who ask you if you wanna be a part of their "rewards" program, or subscribe for GameInformer, or some other nonsense.

Expect getting a code for Goro, and the poster if they still have any left. I got mine a few months ago so idk if they still have any of the posters though.
So yeah don't expect anything that hasn't been advertised.

Unless you want the Kollector's edition, which, is uncertain there ever going to be one, you are pretty much paying the same money, but a small portion of it to reserve YOUR copy. put it that way.
Since Goro is NOT my favorite, and I can do without, and I probably won't even touch him, even if I pre-order it, I may give it away or sell it for $5. so I will rather wait until it releases and buy it so I don't have to bother with this lamo, but, it's up to you.

What I'm worried about when it comes to a komplete edition is the lack of 360 games in a year from now ... I'm still on the fence for a new current gen system.
Will we see a komplete edition for 360?? Hopefully all extra content will be on 360 marketplace to download if you want the extras . It was nice being able to download specific individual characters .

Videos of how they create their fatalities so people would stop asking that.
Although I would love an Arcade-Perfect version of MK4 if possible.

Oh lord, those same stale questions interviewers ask them every time they do press for a new MK game. "How do you come up with the fatalities?" It's so old.

Yup. I'm still pre-ordering. If you can just wait for the complete edition then why are you acting so anal over it?

I know right? but I think they actually showed how they did them in MK9 or am I mistaken?

Speaking of Kollector Editions. My non-existent, ideal Kollector would inklude :
A cute Tanya doll
And also a huge hardcover artbook with at least 200 pages of illustrations
And maybe a new Dan Forden soundtrack
That's it.
