Do you mean the Belltower level? The one where you fall through like a bajillion floors and land on spikes? Or the place where you fight Shao Kahn? Because I think at the end of MK3, his level was destroyed.

I had all but forgotten about that tower. Ofcourse it could be considered to be in MK7. Why not?

No need to be so rude. I was just asking. That tower that you see when you fight on the Rooftop is where you fight Shao Kahn at the end of the game a.k.a the Pit 3. It gets destroyed when you defeat him. Green light explodes throughout it. A revamped one would still be cool for MK7 for nostalgia purposes.
