Post what you think MK7 needs. A few ideas are

- Online play done properly
- Brand new fighting engine, but stick to the style switching
- Redone Konquest, done SM style maybe
- Put all the Konquest training missions...in Training
- Tag support

Tag-Team, Yes! Then they could separate Noob Saibot and Smoke, Since they'd no longer have their appeal.

But my biggest concern for the Mortal Kombat series is grapples. Why does each character only have one grapple where characters in games like Tekken have 6+ grapples?

Make it less like a wrestling game and a LOT MORE like a Mortal Kombat game. No more big, bouncy characters that can float out of nowhere. Let's get some realism going, especially with the fatalities.
A lot better music and voices.
I can't think of anything else right now.

Throw-escapes, for sure. And throw escapes are nothing new to fighting games! The first time I saw such a thing being used was in Tekken 2, which was damn near 10 YEARS ago! And now in Tekken 5, the throw escapes look a lot like real throw escapes...cooler than even the ones from Tekken 2.

The reason for this? The glitch throws from MKD. Yes, you COULD use those limited-to-three breakers, but not all throws could be broken. And I would like no limit to the number of throw escapes you can use. This is a necessity to reduce the "cheese" associated with throwing.

A fighting engine like no other. IE Boon go watch Enter the Dragon and any other kung fu movies. Get more fluid fighting not this I hit wait then you hit crap. Or one huge combo but you cant stop it till it ends. Their are reversals for everything so to say it cant be done.. bah! NO MORE DIAL COMBOS!!!

NO I repeat NO "funny" fatalties. Keep the same double fatals and one weapon fatal. ( that makes 3 fatals total) As for Hara Kiri's keep them their good. And get creative with them. Their are tons of cool ideas comming from people on this board use them.

Stage fatals.. spikes are cool but dont over do it.... Like the one stage were the arena kept depleating at the edges. instead of spike a flat or rocky canyon floor would have been cool. Hey nothing like seeing a broken body try to move then die. The use of animals like the fish were cool but how about other predators like crocs, or some mythical beasts perhaps.

And put in some freaking secrets!!! And I dont mean whats on the select screen or in the Kyrpt as being an "unlockable secret" if we know its there its not a secret.

Characters that make sense to being in the game.

Deeper not so cheesey konquest mode if thats brought back.

1) Orriginal Fatalities, and NOT MORE FUNNY fatalities... Seriously realy brutal ones, fatalities that make your stomach turn...

2) Characters that realy have a decent connection with the story. Not a character to fill up the selection screen.

3) Make the gameplay deeper. More fluent gameplay, Even concider giving each character only 1 style and 1 weapon style, and deep out the weapon style too, make it a real chalenge and satisfaction to use the style.

4) Flesh out konquest, it has potential. Make it a bit deeper, or even make it avalible for more chacters. And put the training in a difrent mode.

5) Restore stage fatalities to their orriginal, it was fine then. Keep the mutli layered Arena's tho, they are realy cool sometimes.

6) Maybe include a totally new mode, or at leased Tag Team support. That would be soooooo great... And maybe even tag team fatalities.
