What is your favorite and least favorite plot in each of the MK games?

From Mythologies to Armageddon.


Favorite:

DEADLY ALLIANCE

From MK1 - MK4, the plot was always the same. A big bad guy wants to take over the world, Liu Kang defeats him. Liu Kang is a stock "Chosen One" character, who we all rely on and assume will defeat the baddie. But right away, as soon as you play the game, HE IS KILLED. By Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. This is a wake up call for all other hero characters. Now they have to win a battle without their champion.


Least Favorite:

ARMAGEDDON

Ignoring all deaths of any character from the past games, no tie ins from Deception, this was just bull.

Yeah, DA was the best, and Armageddeon or MK4 was the worst. By MK4, the "all powerful (insert name) is trying to conquer (insert name)" was stale. And we all know why Armageddeon was bad.

I actually like deceptions.

A man who must undo the troubles he caused.

The only thing i didn't like was that they killed off all the heroes of the last game.

And konquest was kinda corny.

Deadly Alliance, of course, had one of the best plots for this game. I also liked MK2 for some reason.

The one I wasn't too pleased for was MK3. I never really liked that plot for some reason.

I'm in the middle of deciding whether Mk4 was actually worth liking. Even though I catch myself still playing the game at times, I'm not too sure about it.
