MK1 - Warrior Shrine, Throne Room
MK2 - The Pit II, Kombat Tomb, The Portal
MK3 - The Subway, The Bell Tower
MKD - Yin-Yang Island, Hell's Foundry

These are the levels that I like on the games that I own.

MK3-UMK3:Bell Tower
MKP (not going into much details there) Spiked Press, Subway (I can get a cool glitch with the game that will make the fighter a midget!!!)
MKD: Slaughterhouse

I will try to update as soon as I can because I have Armageddon, then there is MK9 coming and the possible release of the HQ remasters of MK1, MK2, and UMK3. But for right now those are my favorites.
