How old do you think each Earthborn Kombatant is as of their first appearance?

We know:

Johnny Cage: 29
Kano: 35
Liu Kang: 24
Scorpion: 32 (at death two years before the first MK.)
Sub-Zero: 32 (at death in the first MK)
Sonya Blade: 26

So how old do you think the rest of the characters are? I know this is kind of a dead end thread, as it can't be proven either way, but I thought it'd be kind of fun to see what everyone thinks.

Kung Lao: early 20s (recent voice over credits for the as of yet untitled next MK game list him as a bit younger than Liu Kang.)
Jax: 32 (Early shots of MKSF showed a select screen with Jax and Sonya stats. It had Jax at 32 at the same time she is 27...I think that's likely.)
Sub-Zero: Late 20s (has to be younger than Noob, who was barely in his 30s when he was killed.)
Smoke: Late 20s (approximately the same age as Sub-Zero)
Cyrax: Late 20s (same as Smoke and S-Z)
Sektor: early 30s (I've for whatever reason always pictured him slightly older than the other Lin Kuei...about the same age as Sub-Zero.)
Nightwolf: Late-30s to early 40s (He comes across as a slightly older character than the other heroes, but still young enough to be a believable warrior; his status as village Shaman suggests some experience.)
Stryker: Early 30s (He doesn't come across as exceptionally young or old.)
Kabal: Mid-30s (probably about the same age as Kano)


Then I'd say a few years pass...maybe 5 between the first three MKs (which seem to take place one after another) and MK4....we'll go with 5.

Kai- early 20s (He is Liu Kang's student...I put Liu Kang at about 29 in MK4.)
Jarek- late 20s (MKSF implied he was the youngest of the black dragon at the time.)

Then 10 years after the original game we have these characters debut:

Kenshi- mid to late 30s (Kenshi was originally supposed to enter in the MK1 tournament according to MKD Konquest, which would make him about the same age as the original heroes.)
Frost- late teens, early 20s (Her youth is emphasized through out the game, and her dynamic with sub-zero who would be about 40 in this game is more father daughter than brother/sister. I'd say she's at oldest 22.)
Kobra- Early 20s (comes across as a slightly impetuous and hot headed warrior. I can't see him being older than his early 20s.)
Kira- Mid-20s (She comes across as a little bit older and more experienced than Kobra, but still young.)
Hsu Hao- 30s ( I honestly have no idea...he's hard to gauge, but I'd say no younger than 30/ no older than 40.)
Mavado- Late 30s (Mavado has to be a little experienced to be the leader of the Red Dragon clan, but I don't think he's broken the big 40 yet.)
