Dude, when i watch these asian guys performing these moves, i really envy their physical stature. They are short and most of them don't get fat so easily, so if they train and work out, they can achive high levels of agility and physical perfectness much easier than us (at least much easier than "us" europeans).

Out of all the moves he performed, i can't do that tumbling exercise and somersaults. The rest of them, i'm able to perform almost flawlessly, but NEVER with that speed and gracefullness.
