Face it, despite its dark roots, Mortal Kombat always has had a funny side to it. Friendships, for example. Does it fit in with the game, or should it be left out?

Well, I don't really care for the humor. If I want MK humor, I can just check out the MK palivon.

But Armageddon was perfect for me in this thing. Not too humorous, not too serious.

I like the unexpected humor that you wouldn't think would be in an MK game. Like in MKSM when Scorpion would spear an enemy and say "GTF over here" or when Shao Kahn says "Its official,you suck". I loved that kind of MK humor. "Toasty" is in its own class as well.

No matter how dark the game serious gets, it needs some of its classical corny humor otherwise it becomes just another boring gothic-like game.
