Absolutely not, Kira is not a biological daughter of a combatant. The only relation she has with Kano and Sonya is her move list, seeing how she has Sonya's Kissing move and Kano's rolling move. Therefore, that is the only relation between the three characters they have.

In Mileena's MK2 ending, it's revealed thatshe and Baraka were working together to overthrow Kahn to rule as king and queen. this ending doesn't happen but showed she and Baraka liked each other. in MK3 and 4, they were working together under Kahn and Shinnok but their bios don't say anything but each other. in MK:D, Baraka frees Mileena from edenian prison to help Onaga. this is where things change: Mileena was ordered to pose as Kitana and lead Edenia's troops the wrong way. But she wanted to continue and rule Edenia and destroy Onaga. only Baraka knew she was Mileena.
