I say this because John Vogel didn't even really like the idea of it all, and they didn't even finish the bios and on Twitter, Vogel said he doesn't think they ever will.

MK Armageddon, like Shaolin Monks, just might be a title made for gameplay and nothing else - kinda like Tekken Tag Tournament and the VS series.

I actually kind of hope that MK Armageddon ends up like this, or is at least retconned, because it really was an unsatisfactory game. But I honestly don't even consider MKA canon anymore.

Anyone else share similar feelings? I know we're gonna have to wait 'til MK9 to see what happens, but still...

The only thing "not canon" about the game are the character endings. Other than that, Armageddon is still declared as a canon game.

They finished enough bios to get the important parts of the story out, like how Deception ended. It's also built up to in Deception Unchained in ways that cannot be undone or ignored. That makes it canon.

CANON. Only two of the letter N. Not an artillery piece.

MKA is canon. It got released, it is official, live with it. They may retcon it however.

It shoulsn't be totally canon. Everyone who was dead before Armageddon who got resurrected without a good explaination should not be brought up.

This was an old-assed thread.

MKA has been confirmed to be canon with the release of this newest game. Well, alright then. Close the thread.
