If one looks at the themes and characters closely, I think it's obvious that Mortal Kombat has a deeper message other than it's typical "good vs evil, everybody was kung fu fighting" storyline. Basically every game is about the good guys trying to stop the evil baddies from invading their world and destroying it in the process.

Look at the facts:

Earthrealm = Murica
US Special Forces = International Murican Super Police
Black/Red Dragons = multiple terrorists
Outworld/Netherrealm = Third World Countries
Shao Kahn/Shinnok = illegal immigrants

Edenia serves as a prime example of a once beautiful country that is turned into a "Wasteland" filled with Tarkatan "mutants" (race-mixing) that are in constant feuds with Centaurs and Shokan (gang wars)

I think you're looking way too deep into this. The Netherrealm is literally hell so it's not a third world country, and Shao Kahn is not an illegal immigrant lol. He's a King that's hungry for power and domination. He's not exactly trying to get a Green Card into Earthrealm, he's fighting to take over the world, enslave it's people, and gain power from their souls.

You are a serious idiot, dude.

Shao Kahn is a warlord. He doesn't want to sneak into Earthrealm; he wants to own it.

Shinnok is pretty much Satan, so there's that.

It would be wise on your part if you weren't serious.

NO!!

Shinnok is NOT "pretty much" Satan because Satan is the demonized form of Lucifer, the first fallen angel, who was overthrown by Shinnok thanks to Quan-Chi...

And that makes him "pretty much" Satan because he's the ruler of Hell now.

You're the second person that managed to tie in immigration and Mortal Kombat together that I've seen ... Unless you're the same guy.

But no. You are looking way too into this game.

And what if I told you that the ruler of hell is actually a benevolent being in service to the deity of the particular religion? Or a bening being of it's own?

Mortal Kombat's Lucifer isn't a fallen angel. He's either a demon born in Hell who happens to have a familiar sounding name or a protector-god like Raiden who happens to have a familiar sounding name.

Shinnok is a fallen being-similar-to-an-angel who was kicked out of Heaven and cast down to Hell where he took over the place, like the Biblical Lucifer was.
