I honestly think Kabal would be the best character for fighting zombies.

Not just because he's my favorite character, because if they was a horde around him, he can just nomad dash past them, stun them for a few seconds, and kill them all with his hookswords and gas blasts.

If any zombies even tried to attack him he could just run to a safe place. Problem solved.

I also think Sub-Zero would be a strong candidate for survival. Freezing hordes of Zombies at once, either deciding to kill them or run away, or there could be like it Mortal Kombat mythologies, where if he freezes them twice they shatter.

Well for A. Havik would probably get on with them, telling jokes and such, Drahmin is already kinda zombie like unless oni declare war on zombie hehe.

not sure if noob and scorpion are zombies or spirits so not sure if they'd wonder why thier bodies have risen.
B. Kintaro would be an awesome zombie.

C. Hotaru would try bossing em around and end up with a reason to have white eyes.
Not sure how the zombies would treat shang tsung, thank him for stealing thier souls, or kill him to get frankenstien resurrected lols.
Ermac may get terribly confused if all the bodies of his souls confronted him.

I got enough of zombies in MK in the challenge tower.

But if there was a mini-game,I'd love to see Noob and Shinnok in it.

1. I think Ermac would have a good chance to survive. Telekinetic powers would probably come in handy.

2. Maybe Kabal. A zombie with super speed like that is proabably dangerous.

3. Baraka. Unless his Blade Sparks are good against zombies, Baraka is gonna have to get up-close with them. Where it is more likely he'll get overwhelmed. Maybe Kabal, depends if his decayed state causes his limbs to become fragile enough to break apart easily, rendering his super speed useless.

1. I think the cyborgs would do well against an army of zombies; it would be very hard for them to be "infected", as they don't really have any flesh to bite. Sub-Zero could just freeze the zombies. Noob and Scorpion are already dead, so I don't know if zombies could affect them. Sonya and Jax have a lot of weapon training, they may be able to fend off the zombies (for a little while at least).

2. Shao Kahn or Shang Tsung would be pretty formiddable zombies. Sindel would be a really scary zombie.

3. I think Johnny Cage would be useless. I'm not sure you can punch a zombie in the nuts. Mokap would be toast for sure. Mileena would probably be useless, too, because her tasteless outfits probably wouldn't have any effect on a zombie.

Im surprised i missed this, i think it would be a cool mk Mini game to have as a gimmick, like the motor kombat amd ouzzle kombat.

A) Most likely to survive:

Sub-Zero: like mentioned earlier ice powers kick ass and would be a great help

Kenshi: He will be slicing and dicing the zombies and the lone swordsmen who ends up helping the team of humans.

Sonya: bad ass girl and would prbly be leading a unit.

Kano: forced to work with sonya when the two realize theyre a good team.

Quan chi: it would be revealed he started the apocalpyse to gain control but he lost control.

Reiko: a would be savage having teamed under sonya to eradicate all zombies

Jade: awesome amd we obviously need more girl survivors

Sareena: forced to work with quan chi to survive

Cyborgs: metal

B) Most Dangerous

Shokans: 4 armed dangerous bastards

Reptile: invisible is a good reason

Onaga: Giant flying zombie o.O

Kung Lao could easily survive.

His hat could take down a horde with little effort. If any zombies get close he can do his Whirlwind Spin and create space. Not too mention the teleport for quick escapes.

Most Dangerous zombie would probably be Stryker. A zombie with a gun means trouble.

I guess that all depends on who is in his group. I don't see Kung Lao as a martyr. Yes, he is noble but not sure about willing to die for the group.

True. I would personally think this would be a cool gimmick game/side game like red dead nightmare. It could also be a non canon comic series. It would be interesting to see.

Am I the only one who thinks that every character in MK would survive the zombie apocalypse no problem? These are the most powerful warriors on Earth I think they could all handle zombies, especially if they are able to group up and work together.

Sindel would be safe. She can fly. And scream.
Bo rai cho would be a dangerous zombie. His vomit would be infected... And hes a master...
And poor Meat would be a sitting duck.

Yea but these are MK zombies much more fierce and infectious plus if one fighter gets turned only a few will survive.

Unfournately I definitely think Johnny wouldn't survive, his cockiness would be his downfall, he would see a zombie & think it was a joke & before you know it he's dead.

A: It would be Scorpion hands down #1 because he's a wraith so hes dead already #2 he would set them on fire then teleport home and chill till they burned to dust
B: Scariest would be a shokan or Shangstung i mean either a four arm zombie or one that morphs into every one else IN ZOMBIE FORM!

I don't know, but I think he has a pretty good chance of surviving. Also he has a mace.

Then of course, the Lin Kuei would all have a really good chance, though I think that Smoke would end up going first out of all of them. Just because he'd probably do something like sacrifice or whatever.

Kitana and Jade would make damn dangerous zombies, but it'd take a while for them to turn. Jade's insanely fast and her staff would easily ward off the infected, while Kitana's seemingly endless supply of bladed fans would help her slice through the horde as well.

Goro-zombie. Oh god no.

As for our other undead friends, Noob and Scorpion... they both have a really good survival chance. Scorpion would probably have no capacity to care for anyone else except for himself and not give a shit if someone else was like, turning, or something. He'd be useless to everyone else. Noob would most likely be the exact same way.

Liu Kang would try to be heroic and get turned.

Mileena would probably, yes, try to eat the rotten flesh unless someone warned her about it. Not a high chance she'd actually listen, though.

Sheeva zombie. Again, oh god no.

Rain would be an arrogant asshole and end up getting turned because he didn't accept anyone else's help. Sucks to be him.

And before this post gets too long, Ermac would stand a pretty good chance. You know, flying, telekinesis, all that. He'd probably end up wearing himself out though after awhile and end up getting turned too. That'd be a scary zombie. Not sure how that would work, though. I also wanted to throw Dairou in here and say that he survives for a decently long amount of time. Because I like him and he needs love, poor guy.
