Hello MKO.
I just want to know if you guys have seen anything that you use/see everyday that reminds you of MK.I dont think there is a thread of this kind, so Im going for it.
Just the day before yesterday,I went to a Chinese Buffet with my girlfriend and saw a dragon statue that reminded me of the MK logo.
Needless to say, my girl was mad cuz I made another, what she likes to call, an "MK connection."
My obsession with the game made me make this thread so hit this thread up when you guys can!

the funny thing with MK is that it reminds me of life in lots of aspects, @least the old story writings. some elements they used in the story are also being said in some religions or conspiracy theories.

Whenever I see reptiles, I'm reminded of Reptile.
Baraka and the Tarkatans sounded like pirates in MK2011, so whenever I see pirates, I laugh a bit.
The Chronicle movie reminded me of Ermac and Kenshi.
After the first few God of War games came on, I was like "Kratos, why aren't you on friggin Mortal Kombat?! You'd be perfect for it!!" Thank you, NRS for realizing my fantasy!

Noob's night out? I know it's not exactly an 'everyday' object (this image is from a gay porn mag), but it struck me how this is probably Noob's attempt to blend in with humans - at a German fetish event.
You can see the proper full pic in my profile pics. I had no idea until just now how badly proportioned it is.

I was shopping and saw something so bizarre i had to take a photo. This reminded me of all the people (myself included) who thought that the idea of an MK vs DCU crossover was a bad one. In retrospect it was fucking epic compared to this:
Can you even believe they made this?!?!

Can you even believe they made this?!?!

I like that episode.
It's from 1972, so I think it seems logical they'd tie in the 1969 Batman cartoon with Scooby-Doo. Batman and Robin are detectives, too, you know.
You've never seen that before? That's a standard of re-runs.

It's from the seventies?! That explains a lot. But why then did it appear in my local Sainsburys only a few weeks ago!!?
And to answer the question, no i haven't seen it i'd never even heard of it before i saw the DVD on the shelf. (and no, i couldn't justify buying it to myself just for the sake of making a point.)
