they are all unique but move-wise the most dominent are sub zero and scorpion.

sub zero vs scorpion- Sub Zero with his freeze ability and Scorpion with the spear when these moves are landed you can deliver maximum damage. Its almost like cheating. They are both very fast paced combo-wise and Scorpions teleports can come to an advantage. But when i comes down to it, it depends on who i feel like using.
