she is beautiful and nice hair. regardless if she does or doesn't, she would make a good Tanya Model.

Yeah, she looks like a convincing Tanya, though it was actually Lia Montelongo (better known as Sindel) who supplied her voice and movements for MK4. Don't know who this girl is, she could've been an inspiration for Tanya, assuming this girl was around when MK4 came out...

I don't think Tanya's face is based on anyone special, considering two things:
1) Her MK4 design was originally intended to be Kitana, but they decided they needed more new characters so they more or less just changed the skin brown and the clothes yellow.
In fact, the Kitana version can still be seen in Liu's ending, and played on the N64 version via cheat device.
and 2) They used Midway developers and their hired mo-cap actors as the faces in MK4. Jarek has Herman Sanchez's face, Shinnok is Steve Beran, etc. They've never really based the characters' appearances on anyone famous or outside their personal circle, except for the actors who actually played the characters in the movie, i.e. Kitana in Gold and DA looks kinda like Talisa Soto, MK4 Liu resembles Robin Shou, and MK4 Cage looks a bit like Linden Ashby.

Well, to be fair, a little more was done to change her face, as Kitana looks more Asian in MK4/Gold compared to Tanya. Hm, makes me wonder if she got more from Boon's sister than just her name...
Though it's most likely they just made a minor change to distinguish her more from Kitana and that's it.

Well the Kitana model in Gold has a different face from the one in 4. Just like it has a different costume, hair, and everything else.

I knew the other stuff, but I didn't know her face was really going to look like that... Wow.
Here's some video I found of her in MK4, I never paid much attention to the face, but you're right, she's basically a paler Tanya. That's really lame then....
