Sindel's also mostly a banshee, though.

Most probably the Silver Banshee to be more specific. Especially since in MK3 doing the scream her face turns skeletal. Plus, her powers are basically the same, and the hair with the reverse-skunk stripe. Her clothes design is a tad bit similar too, aside being not monochrome.
