I'm going to go more in depth in these questions now and explain why I am asking you all, just so that these threads have more of a purpose.

So, if Scorpion had spared Sub would we have a Cyber Sub?
How would this influence the rest of the story for our two characters?
Would Scorpion need to play a further part in MK9?
Would Scorpion have ever found out Quan Chi was behind his clan's extermination?
Who if anybody would of been thrown into the soulnado in Noob's place?
Would Sub Zero become a Cyborg like the rest of his clan or would he and Smoke have avoided the transformation?
Would Sub Zero's brother ever have showed up in MK?

I feel that had Scorpion have spared Sub Zero then he would have nothing else to go on, he would have believed that he had revenge and surely would of continued to serve Quan Chi without further motivation? Perhaps Sub Zero would have defended his rights with Smoke and Cyrax? Maybe a fued with Sektor and the rest on the Lin Kuei would have been their future until the infamous Sindel scene...

I got some very good responses in the What If #1 thread and I'm happy to procede to continue with these questions and hopefully branching out into more series in the coming months. I enjoy doing these kiond of things and getting people invovled, the variety of opinions are pretty cool.
