you know, the Law suit that has been going on for years now. The one that forced Xbox Live to remove UMK3 (bastards, I never got to buy it!!!). The one thats been holding up the production of the next movie. (Which could be a blessing in disguise.)

That suit. Warner Brothers vs. Lawrence Kasanoff For like $9 million. Hopefully we can hear about the movie going into production soon. I hope the appeal doesnt take long.

I don't understand how a film producer would have anything to do with UMK3 being removed from XBLA. I thought it was simply because of the death of Midway and in some odd way they didn't have rights to it.

you know, I knew this was coming. Because after rereading my post I realized it could be a fallacy. I was going off of an article I read a loooong time ago and for some reason I associated the removal of UMK3 with this lawsuit.

I think you are correct about Midway losing the rights being the reason
