Only joking. CSZ is certainly one of the low-tier characters but during the fast kombat mode set on, CSZ has an advantage above others. Hopefully CSZ will be tweaked because his slow pace is really the major issue with him at the moment.

People I play just spam the ice clone, slide and jump all over the screen, annoying as hell.

Also, does CSZ have a Ice Clone move? I can only remember him having an Ice Parry move, i'm not sure if that's what you mean.

Ahh sorry yeah thats the one ^^. Anyway I can only recommend you get in some practice just focusing on timing and positioning, you should get a few combinations memorised. Then just experiment trying to link up different attacks.

Also to use his ice ball, try 2,1 ice ball (or 1, 1ice ball) the two hits before make the opponent "stumble" and unable to block. its perfect for his slow ice ball move

so

after he is frozen a simple combo i use is
2,1, 1+2, Ex ice ball, back 3, 2, 1

How is that remotely helpful? Just mindless bragging with nothing to back it up with.

To the OP, a nice low starting combo I use is his 3,3,2 EX Freeze, Dash, 3, 4 slide. Its an easy 29 to 30% combo that most people don't expect. After the EX Freeze and dash you can also B3, 2, JK, DK for a bit more damage but its harder to do.

- Always use his low dive kick to get in, never his high dive kick, if you land right next to the opponent quickly use a low 3 and cross jump.
- Never use his ice ball outside a combo against a teleporter and only use it if you're full screen away from the opponent. Also, never use it if you know it will be blocked when doing a combo.
- Try to never use his bombs, they're useless.
- Be aggresive most of the time, low dive kicks are CSZ best weapons, never look for a combo unless you're sure it will land.
- If a character can counter CSZ's dive kicks like Kung Lao, Noob, or Kano, don't use them so often. Also, CSZ will be at disadvantage, you need to play extremely good or else you will lose.
- Best BnB midscreen: jp, 2, 1, ice ball, jp, 2, 1, 1+2, 2, 1, b+2, 2, slide. 40% damage.
- Never use his X-Ray randomly.
- Never use slide randomly.
- Best choice for wakeup is ice parry, but only when the opponent is playing aggresively. Another good choice is EX teleport.
- Best BnB wall combo: jp, 2, 1, ice ball, jp, 2, 1, 1+2, njp, 4, 3, 2, 3, 3, slide. 47% damage.

To execute his xray I go fp,fp ice ball xx B+FK, BP xxx xray. I think it's 41%.
