So from what i have seen freddy's move where he digs his claws in the ground and it comes up and does a pop up looks like a way to Punish, Kung Lao's Spin. when you block the spin there is no way to punish that move. Any thoughts or did any one figure how to punish the spin?

I think projectiles punish the spin as well.
Also, punishing a wake up spin is possible by simply standing still, anticipating the spin, and punishing it.
Kung Lao's spin is annoying, but not impossible.

true projectiles are a good way. But when blocked he gets pushed back so its not a very big punish. It would be nice to punish it with a combo. Looks like freddy might with that pop up move
Not having played as Freddy, I can't be 100% certain,
but I'm fairly sure that move works similarly to Jax' Ground Pound.
As others have mentioned, there are several ways to punish KL's Spin.
You don't have to wait for Freddy to do that
As-is, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Ermac, Smoke, Jax, Kenshi, and Rain are all well suited to punishing the Spin with a combo.
I know Rain, for example, can score an easy 20% combo
if you land either the Water Bubble or Lightning-
land an X-ray as well, and that can go up to 40% or higher.
but I'm fairly sure that move works similarly to Jax' Ground Pound.

are you saying that kung lao's spin CAN'T be punished by anything in this game? all you have to do is block it and you can start a combo?
oh, and im pretty sure freddy's claw move works the same way as jax's ground pound and shang's ground fireballs?
