High level terminology

Hey i am trying to get better at MK and i watch/research tourney fights but i need a little help on the terminology

Can anyone explain them or give me a link to any common ones they use?

a few ive heard are "Frame advantage", "cross up block", "fuzzy block", and "dedicated"

frame advantage is how many frames you have over your opponent. For example Raiden's 3,3,4 (i think) combo is -1 on block which means that Raiden recovers 1 frame slower than you do. (something like that although its kind of unclear to me too)

Fuzzy blocking is blocking an overhead or a low with the coresponding block before the animation takes place. Example is johnny cage's 2,1,f2 ends in an overhead. If I'm blocking low, I can fuzzy guard the overhead hit so it'll look like im still blocking low but i'll block the overhead due to the animation taking a little before activating
