So Im just brand new online, but I can usually put up at least some kind of fight against everyone but Cage.

Cage seems to never stop, I can block him, but I cant fight back, if I unblock I get hit, in other words its like he has no recovery time. Is this just something Im new and dealing with, or is he still a little bit overpowered?
