Awesome!

It's always good to get local scenes involved in fighting games, even if it's just locals because it contributes to the whole. I live in the Midwest, but unfortunately cannot travel to these tournaments, but it's great for sharing info about. Really good stuff. I hope it has a nice turnout!

yea me too. trying to get a decent game scene going in my area. bc up until this place opened (just a few weeks ago) there wasnt one at all. this store has givin me hope. i want it to be a success.

last tournament we had, had a crappy turnout. myself and my friend were the only to show. but it was poorly advertised. no one knew about it. and it was for 360.

this one is for ps3. im doing all i can to make this one known. ive made flyers and handing them out, posting up in businesses , ive posted alot of places online, tweetin, facebook, you name it. im donating my ps3 for this thing bc all they had was a 360!

i could care less if i even win the thing, i want it to be a good turnout. im hoping to get at least 16.

hope to see some of you there! community really needs it.

This website doesn't have that many tourney players, bud. Sorry to tell you.

I really hope success on your journey. It sounds like it could go either way, and I really hope its the successful route. I don't even know if anyone plays fighting games in my town lol. Never seen anything about any tournaments anywhere. Period.

2 people, well that's not that good lol. But hey, that's great that your trying to start something here and major props to you for doing so. I wish I could go. If I'm ever in the Ohio area w'eel have to meet up and play some casuals or something sometime. That would be a lot of fun. I could try to contribute to the tourney in any way I could.

Good luck on your next tourney and WOW donating your ps3 for this cause is a huge step. Really man, don't give up and lose hope. You'll succeed one way or another. There are also a lot of tournaments held in OH, are you going to MLG? That is a huge tournament, *33K POT!!!!!* so on and so forth. Like I said again, don't give up. Every tournament should have a better turnout. Try going on a competitive Mortal Kombat fighting website like Test Your Might, that website is mostly for offline players looking to get a scene going and to participate in tournaments. You can advertise your stuff there.

Thanks for sharing man. Nice talkin' with ya.

yea ive been here enough years to know that lol.

thanks for the response bro. keeping my fingers crossed!

if you are coming, bring a friend or two!

prizes range in cash (depending on the turnout, cash amount changes) to store credit, and more.

owner was talking about ordering one of those new giant mk statues if turnouts are awesome and entries can cover it.
