Might have a problem with my matchup up for second round on 360

TortureLegend (MKO Torturous) vs. Lipski (FSUxVengeance)

He told me he'd be available to play wednesday, thursday, to a certain time, and tomorrow Friday which he can play for longer. Tried getting in touch with him today both on XBL and on here. Nothing. . . And I have a track event to go to tomorrow (I race cars).

It's not a dispute but he hasn't been on to play at the times he said he was available.

The losers' second round doesn't start until the 9th, so theoretically you have until then if you absolutely have to stretch it that far. It's not like you were completely unable to get a hold of Lipski, so I'm not going to enact a knee-jerk forfeit here.

Not what I was going for lol, was just saying, I thought the match absolutely had to be done by tomorrow that's why I posted.

Normally, yea, that's the case, but your match doesn't affect the next set of matches, so it's fine.

ok so i got cheated my 1st round because i contacted my opponent on mko and on xbl n no response n wen i checked the ladder i lost the 1st round??? n for this round the contacted me but when i replied to him he hasnt said nothin back

and right now im supposed 2 face Dragoon and i havent recieved nothin from him yet how are you goin to handle this? cuz last round i was the contacting him n he moved on.

Not a whole lot I can do about the first problem because I don't recall you telling me that you had been contacting your opponent but not getting a reply. I cleared any first round PMs that I had received once that round was completely done, and I also do not remember you sending me anything.

For the second issue, now that I know you're still around, I'm going to throw you the win outright because your opponent no-showed his match.

My dispute:

-You guys paired me with somebody who, in their sign up post, admitted they diddn't have the game yet, and upon PSN friends request and investigation, find out they indeed do not have the game.

My next dispute:

-You are not taking the steps to notify the people. MKO is literally doing NOTHING but pairing people up. No message notification, no connection means. Just old threads with info we should need and get screwed over for missing. Which cannot be found as you guys closed the threads and they are on page 32 by now.

You want constructive criticism? here it is. This is HORRIBLE.

Implement a notification system into MKO like every other MK site has, e-mail upon a mass recipient notification so we know what the hell is going on.

I see no reason to even participate. Its causing nothing but stress on my end because of your lack of preparation.

None of these I can really help. If the match is not played by deadline, you win.

And as far as the whole second part of your post, this is a dispute thread, and that is not even a dispute, if you have beef take it up over the IM system, or just go ahead and tell m0s3pH (the director of MKOFK) yourself. I simply take names and scores and have no control over things like these. And, in case you have forgotten, you are a commissioner, so it is probably best you resign before you go about trashing MKOFK

I completely agree. i have tried to get all of my matches together since the beggining of the summer league and fight klub but its just way to hard due to nobody knowing whats going on. This message system would help a lot and would allow mko to strive as a forum with competitive tournaments.... im sure there are a lot of good players out there who just arent participating because
A) its time consuming and we all have lives, we wont always have time to wait around for lazy opponents.
B) they dont know about it, hasnt been hyped up very well for MKO's first tournament since the new game came out


I believe this forum has strong potential to have some very good and fun tournaments but right now MKOFK just isnt really worth it

I'm working on improving the notification process here.

Im not happy with what has conspired. I have tried to fight goosu on numerous occasions and he either wasnt ready or ignoed me at least 10 times. He evn told me he didnt care about this tourny cuz he was sent to the losers bracket becuz he didnt fight the first round. Why do i get stiffed and not get to fight...he's not evn gonna fight whoever hes scheduled to. I call major B.S.

This would have been nice to PM to me a few days ago when the round was still open, and not now after I heard nothing from either of you and I randomly picked a winner. I flipped the result so you're still in, but you need to keep me posted. I'm not a mind reader and I don't know who has contacted who unless you tell me so. Go ahead and contact petrcech for your next match.
