Uppercuts for Reptile's dash shut him down, but since he makes no obvious motions to let you know he's open as soon as you block it, uppercut or trip, but I recommend uppercuts to deal out the most damage.

As for CSZ's dive kick, I'm not quite sure, it seems a lot easier to punish Sonya and Kung Lao's dive kick than his, not saying you can't, but I'm not quite sure how to punish it effectively and consistently, I'm not too familar with CSZ.

Scorpion can punish a CSZ dive with a spear (or EX spear if you want, it has armor), and I think Mileena can roll it.

I thought Cyber-Subz dive kick was safe on block provided it hits Mid?

I think if it hits you high or mid, a block of cyber sz dive kick will send him into that curiling ball (=free hit). I know this happens, just not sure if it happens on mid it high or both.

Like when you block raiden's torpedo, he does the curling ball too. You can block elbow dash too but you need to counter fast because it's a pretty quick recovery.

Don't punish Reptile's dash with an uppercut. A lot of characters don't even have a fast enough uppercut to work. Punish it with a fast string into a combo. If they have a string with a fast that pops up use that. If you have a containment move combo into it. Like Kitana can do 2,1~fan lift. Sub-Zero can 2,2~ice. Scorpion can 3,3~spear. Punishing that move with anything is tricky online though. You may have to settle for a low poke, a throw attempt or do a safe block string for chip damage. It sucks.

If Cyber Sub-Zero's dive kick is spaced correctly, low to the ground, it's only punishable by super fast specials like Reptile's dash.
