bad decision. Should have been the 17th. I'm going to line up for a midnight release. So how can I be at two tournaments at once?

I'm actually hosting my own MK tournament at a local movie theatre in St. Catharines. But i need enough entrants first.

I came, I saw, I kicked butt, and placed 2nd out of forty entrants. Wahoo!

It's not saying too too much as maybe only five or so of them really knew what they were doing - one wicked Sonya player is a member of these very boards, and I'm lucky I didn't face him - but I got stomped all over in the final round. Shouldn't have picked Cage, but people were getting sick of all the Scorpion and Sub-Zeroes getting tossed around, lol. The winner's Scorpion was a zoning champ, and I made some stupid mistakes.

The majority of my victories came from Scorpion, but I won a match with Baraka, and one with (Casselman, you'll like this!) Sektor - whose fatality I used to loud cheers. I also tried Kabal and Smoke, and lost those rounds.

The winner netted himself a TE, and the four of us under him got ourselves a free copy of the KE each. In addition, I and some others also won ourselves a Blu-Ray copy of the first movie through a raffle, and the emcee (who was awesome) was throwing out T-shirts like they were candy - I got ahold of like five!

went before the final five VS a guy that suck big ...
he choose kitana and it was close but i lost !
i lost mainly cause the xbox controller (ps3 way better) and pressure LOL

and yeah on 40 participant ... i consider that only 4 or 5 can really play !
