Mortal Kombat: Deception features a single-player campaign, a well-developed versus mode, a special chess game, a puzzle game and it might even be able to shine your shoes. From the looks of things, IGN.com should be updating every Friday with a new fatality, up until the game's release! We'll be sure to be on the watch for this exciting new round of Fatality Fridays!

To help give you a feel of what Midway Summer Gamers' Day 2004 was like, we have collected a few snapshots of the events. In these pictures, you'll see Ed Boon hanging out with Scott-Howell and myself at Osetra and the THIN/Onyx Room, as well as select images from the games that you may not have seen elsewhere. Be sure to check out the images of unlocked Krypt items (including the first shots of Scorpion's alternate outfit and Liu Kang's Tomb!), as well as the select screen from Unreal Championship, where a few mysterious silhouettes seem to be quite familiar...
Later we will have a few more videos and images to wrap up our coverage of MSGD04! Stay tuned!
