1. Yes he does, at least he does on the Genesis version, I never played him that much in the arcade to notice.
2. It says "again?" because Shao Kahn is surprised at the fact that people are still doing friendships rather than fatalities.
3. Rain's combo is Reptile's 4 hit combo, essentially they colored Reptile with Shang Tsung's second play pallet and stuck in actual game text "RAIN" instead of an image of "RAIN" in the MK3 font which they do with everyone else's. We have tried to find the pallet locations to see if we can color him purple in some way but to no avail. The closest is the silver and purple ninja Jade/WShang morph glitch. The pallet doesn't line up 100% for the male ninjas, but it does for the female ninjas, so you have Rain Drop or something lol.
