Yea I remember this being mentioned before. I tried it, but I don't think it really sounds like it.

But sometimes when you do Sub Zero's Neijin or is Cold Shoulder, it sounds like he says "Stick it in your butt."

Well there are two things he says that are kinda similar, just one stretches the last syllable. That's probably the one you're thinking of.
