I have a feeling this could be the last secret. There are sketches of the arena everywhere in the game, and it doesn't mention anywhere that it was cut out. It appeared in the GBA version. Does anyone know anything more about it?

That would be cool. Maybe there is a way too get there via the portal in the Portal Stage. And maybe you get to fight Rain, but I doubt either really. Still a cool idea though...
