Someone found a cheat to play as Noob Saibot in UMK3. work's perfectly. I believe he even made it so you can use the cheat on Kaillera.

All sorts of modifing colors, characters, and levels can be done using AceKombat's cheats..beware though, he doesn't update very often, so don't keep buggin him for new ones.

With just a health cheat you can do this.

I made that video a while ago, it not the newest stuff in there.
But most of the newer added cheats are things like golden arms for jax or black color for Liu Kang.
