Best options after Kano and Sindels launcher? (uMK3)

I use Kano and Sindel a lot, and I was wondering what the most damaging options are after performing their launchers (from a normal screen distance).

Kano can launch with HP,HP,d+LP,d+HP.... HP,HP,LP..... or HK,LP. After that I usually do a late jump kick followed by the charged cannonball. Any other good options? I figure I could try walking in with a aaHP and then juggle something off of that, but would it do more damage than the simple JK, Cannonball? Oh and are there any tricks with his air throw that would do good damage?

And then Sindel, after the HK,HP,HP,d+HP launcher, i usually just walk in with an aaHP, then jump kick and fireball. Or if I'm lazy I'll skip the aaHP and just do jumpkick-fireball. Anything better I could be doing?
