I would pick the Red Dragon clan. Their story seems a little more interesting then the Black Dragons. Besides, even if Kano isn't dead, the Black Dragons are the same as gone.

Black Dragon, mainly because I like Kano and Kabal a shitload more than Mavado and Hsu Hao. Plus black is one of my favorite colors, and red isn't.

The Red Dragon clan, they're sneaky and evil, what more do you want? .

I don't even really consider the Black Dragon as a clan, they've only got one member left.

Black Dragon. The Red Dragon is really boring. Kano and his gang go around killing people and blowing shit up. What do the Red Dragon do? The Red Dragons may be better fighters, but the Black Dragon act tougher, and I think the big tough guys are the way cooler criminals.
