Yes, you can do fatalities. You can do friendships and another babality too.

You don't actually like kill the baby though. It either crashes the game or they turn back into a adult (sometimes with the baby still there).

any certain charecters or doesn't matter? i've tried with scorp, did te babality, then spear, then went for the juggular cut, but no go. same wit sub zero. unless you can't do the deep freeze in all of this.

I am not sure if there's characters it doesn't work with. I know for sure Kung Lao's do.
