I was ripping sounds from MK3 when I happened upon these two:

When does anyone in MK3 ever actually say these lines? I can't quite place them.

I've never heard those before. In case no one knows further about them, perhaps we could start by trying to find out their voice actors. That way we could find out to whom those would belong. Humorous Easter eggs?
