MKO says its hold block up up hp and it doesnt work and sometimes ill do it so is it hold block left up up hp or....how do i do this

Scorpion's fatalities (MK2):
fatality #1:(sweep) (use block) up up high punch
Fatality#2:(close) (hold high punch) down forward forward forward (release high punch):furious

Keep in mind that holding Block isn't an actual requirement; it just makes it easier. Also, in MK2, if you press Down, Down, Up, Up, HP, you'll be able to do the "Toasty!" version of that Fatality, and you're able to do it at any distance.
Anyway, question answered.
