The neck strectch might seem pretty lame, but think about this.

The neck is pulled up, this pulls up the spinal cord from the trunk of the body, destroying the vital functions of both peripheral and central nervous systems. Before this stops your heart and lung function it will not only rip bone away from nervous and connective tissue, but break connections of the spine with the scapula, clavicles. ribs, and pelvis. This is all before you probably shit yourself (think southpark).

It may seem like a cartoonish strectch of the neck/cervical bones, but is definately a most painful way to die. Guess being premed can teach you something.
