I had almost the same thing happen to me once.I have an arcade cabinet with mk2 and 3.I got it when i worked at a local arcade.long story short,I barrowed the update roms for ultimate and slapped 'em in my mk3 board.two weeks later I quit that job for something better........









I gave the update roms back to thier rightful owner.
And yes,I'm still trying to find those chips.but I feel better for doing that.

Maybe I even did...hmmmm....so many other crimes that I just cant hold track of all of them.

It may not be a crime but 10 years ago when I was 8 me and a few buds were re-enacting Mortal Kombat... we were really into it and everything with KETCHUP... jesus christ... I should stop right there I bet I'm looked at as pathetic... but anyway we have a train track bridge that goes over a crick (very high up... maybe 100 feet? probably less) and we always pretended to uppercut each other and then we fall off into water. It was so much fun... nothing bad ever happened. We still jump off that bridge, just without the Mortal Kombat twist. Jumping off the bridge is trespassing though... so that's a crime.

I would love to have a MKII machine but I need to get a bigger house one day.

LOL yeah I have commited a crime for MK, I had my lucky ol' quarter with the hole drilled in the middle of it, tied to a fishing string, I played thousands of games for only 25cents! haha those were the good ole days.
