I really don't know, but I have always thought he didn't...I have this theory that Shang Tsung has Scorpion's soul, and that sometime in the future (if both arent killed off in Armageddon) that Scorpion will find out that he needs his soul back to cure his curse, so he can rest and go on being dead rather than a wandering ninja spectre. Then Shang Tsung will use Scorpion to do his dirty work, offering his soul in return...Seems like a pretty good boss and sub-boss for the next MK game IMO...Would definately mix things up.

Lol! How would Shang Tsung have Scorpion's soul? Technically, Scorpion can't have a soul if he's already dead (murdered by Sub-Zero.) He's just a wandering spectre sent back to avenge his death.

Yes.

And he does think like a normal human being, not just an undead creature searching to avenge his death (If you read his MKD bio, and see him in MK4 Ending Videos/MKMSZ, you'll see what I mean).
