Mk1:
Johnny Cage-F,F,F,HP
Scorpion:U,U(Hold block to make it easierwink)

Mk2:
Liu Kang Dragon Morph-D,F,B,B,HK

MkT 1 button fatalities!:
Go to options menu.on the Ps1 version,Hold:L1,L2,R2,R1,Up on the D-Pad for about 5 seconds

Thats all i know the fatalities i knowsad

You don't need to come here to this thread to learn Fatalities/Special Moves; come here instead. You'll find all the information you need.

i thought that there was a section for moves. (i still think that khan and motaro finishers stuff is lies)

Khan/Motaro finishers are in the n64 version of MK Trilogy. From what I hear, you aren't missing much.

I don't really find this thread necessary when we now have the Games section Jerrod linked to. You're more than welcome to ask about specific fatalities/special moves, but there's no reason for a thread containing all of them.
