Go there, the lenguage looks to be german. This might be something updated in the European MKDA version. I got the pic from TRMK, some dude Genesis found it. I would had loved this level. WIth dinos runing around eating people.

Yes it is in the Pal version, it is strange to me they never told it was a unfinished level in the game as it was obvious to other koncept sketches, I guess it was almost finished

They always leave out the coolest stuff. I wrote to Midway, asking them what happened to this arena, as well as the senate of the elder gods arena (you'll unlock info on this as you go along. If you watch the 'making of MK' videoclip, you get to see one of the programmers, I think it's Mike Taran, working on it. It looks so complete).
Anyway they said something like they ran out of time, and said that maybe these arenas would appear in future installments of MK! Dang!
The swampland arena is in the GBA version of MKDA though.
