Do you think you'll be able to save your game in MAT2?

it'd be damn convenient if you could, but I don't see why they'll let us have that pleasure. We didn't get it with MKT... But hey, let's hope so.

Yeah I was hoping for that too, but I dunno, I mean unless you can save "Outside of game" like you would on an emulator. Otherwise, these things are 'Arcade Perfect', right?

Perhaps theyll make an exception for MAT2? I sure hope so. I mean thats what a memory card for the PS2 is all about right? LOL

Being able to save has nothing to do with effecting the arcade perfectness....
in fact it enhances it since obviously in arcades, things like Smoke unlocked were saved somewhere.

But it'd be just part of the emulator, since I'm almost certain you'll be able to press start/pause and see a menu that relates to the emulator/package

Wowness. There's this thing called a memory card. It will act exactly like nvram.

There'll probably some sort of button code for a cheat menu to Unlock Smoke anyways.

They will probably have both the regular way and a code like you said, I think the UKK would be good enough.

No, there won't
you guys are forgetting, it's arcade perfect
that means they're not going to add secret menu's or secret codes

SF Anniversary did just that with 3rd Strike. It has options of modified and arcade versions of the game, released on the same principle of having the arcade perfect version of SF3. They will more than likely have added options screens and what not, which will emulate to a lesser extent the factory settings, for things like difficulty and such. They would be creating problems by not doing something like this. Either way it doesn't matter to me because I'm not even buying it.
