how strange that the co-creator of MK would not know everything about the game. even though it may not lead to any secret I would like to know what the hell he's saying.

it was quite a while ago that this was answered. it seems that whisper your hearing is a sound bite from the movie "night flyers" and was simply put in the game because it was spooky. it reveals no secrets nor does it say anything about noob saibot. the translation of the voice is inaudible, but it's definatly nothing relating to mortal kombat. get the movie and see if you can figure out what he's saying.

I was just listening to it yesterday (the game, not the movie). It was the first time I had actually heard the whisper since I'm usually just going through the coffins. At first it sounded like "Time releases Saibot." Then I heard it again, and it sounded nothing like this. It also sounded like it said "Julia Child" in the quick repeated Friday the 13th-like whisper. But I doubt Dan would put that in.
