I have played MKT on my PS2 quite a bit, both the orange and the grey disc versions. All in all I've had a lot of problems with it freezing up. I really only play it against other people so I am not certain about if it always freezes when you beat the game. My problem was that at the end of a match it would almost always freeze unless I had Match Recycle on, in which case it would wait until the last Match in the set to freeze. When I play friends I will usually have to pause and exit the match at the end when it says Finish Him to avoid freezing. Its a bit annoying and I have recently been playing it more on an actual PSX to avoid the pain of it all.

when you beat the game it freezes. if you are playing a 2 player game and have the "buy in screen" turned off, it will freeze. thats really the only problems ive had.
