In MK4, who won? If Quan Chio had the real amulet, then he was better than Shinnok. So my theory is that Quan Chi killed Shinnok, but then Scorpion took Quan Chi to hell, so really no one won right? Please respond

Scorpion's ending did happen sense it played an important role in the MK:DA storyline. It's possible that Scorpion's ending occured right after Quan Chi's ending, after Quan Chi killed Shinnok. But Quan Chi's ending dosen't prove that he was the one who killed Shinnok, but it shows that Shinnok can be killed without the amulet that Quan Chi stole.

Pretty much any character could have killed Shinnok, but I think that it's somewhat likely that Quan Chi was the one who did it.

Won what?
If you mean who won the war, Earth did, OBVIOUSLY.

If you mean the tournament, THERE WAS NO GOD DAMN TOURNAMENT IN MK4.

the only real tournament was mk1. if the other games had a tournament then liu kang wouldve been the the only earth warrior to return. mk2 was a diversion for mk3-mkt and mk4/gold happened soon after the mk3 storyline. and as for mk4, for the most part liu kang won that one but quan chi just was there to steal the amulet (maybe he came after liu beat shinnok and took it).
