ok i think that mk games were ment to be 2d played on arcades pc genesis snes ps1 and all but not for the new gen consols and i think that now midway suck because of their new generation mk games and i meen mk4/gold mk:da and yes mk:d they just mest up with the mk thing and i think they should make more mk 2d games with digitized graphics like a new mk 4,5,6.... and so long and after everyone will be satisfied they can think on makin 3d games but they just dont f****** get it. i think that mk 2d games are the best and no 3d f****** game can take them. i want to make contact with midway and show them forums that every one want the old mks.
like mk2 with combos more charecters backgrounds but not NOT NOT NOT 3d.
plz post ur comments here and tell me what do u think.
and give me ideas that can help me

I said in another thread that MK doesn't FEEL right in 3D. I like the idea of an MKII engine with a few tweaks. The ninja's would also have their oldschool Y-belt suits ,not whatever those UMK3/T costumes were. Ugh!

i mean MIDWAY making these games for us and we want the old stuff and they creathing new stuff that we dont like....
we gotta talk to them!?!??!?!?!?! some how.....

i wrote this note to midway

"ok it go like this..... somthing just dont feels right about the 3D games of MORTAL KOMBAT. this changes that you (MIDWAY) made Sucks because everyone just hate it...
alot of forums discussions talks about how they hate mortal kombat 4/gold/deadly allince and a bit of deception....(they kinda loves deception because of the old style and backgrounds/characters) so what im trying to say here is please return all the digitized graphics and all the old ninjas ...... every one loves the mk2 engine with mk3 combos the mk2 characters and backgrounds . create games that people want and dont try to make new generation games."

For one thing try revising your letter a bit .People these days demand respect ,plus it's common curtosy. Angry letters don't always work(Thats why the damn government(s) is/are still in operation).
They did the right thing stepping into the 21st century with the 3D gameplay ,but you shouldn't mess with stuff until you understand it better. I did like Deadly Alliance for the few hours we borrowed it. Something was missing though. My perfect 3D fighter would have a wrestling game engine and features like unlockable costumes ,parts ,moves etc ,for custom characters. I like playing wrestling games because your able to go anywhere basically.

that wasn't angry letter and dude i know this game 10 years and i still play it?! and im not the only one belive me...........
there's so much people that want a new mk 2d game like the mk2 engine with mk3 combos just think of that and i want to tell midway that but somhow i cant send them a messege
I loved my MKII,UMK3 and MKT ,they were the best.I'm just saying that to me a perfect 3d fighter would have a wrestling game engine. But MK doesn't feel right in 3D.

I didn't mean ANGRY letter ,I just meant clean it up a little ,explain clearly what you/we/whoever dislike about the 3D MK versions and that a 2D game continuation would be appreciated. Don't rant ,think about what you are trying to say ,and do your best to express that. I'm not bashing you ,but I've had experience trying to sway people in companies ,and they usually don't take demands or whatever seriously. Try posting a petition or something like that also.

Finally ,I do believe it was stated that Boon was going to continue making 2D MK games anyways.
