It'd be cool, but I think it would depend on whether UMK3 for PS2 actually is arcade perfect. I won't believe it is till I see it considering the issues they had with MK3.

Yeah, the staff just has to get with the staff over at SRK to set this up. If the prize money is high like this year where 1st place gets $5,000, etc. then you will see all the oldschool MK players come out of the woodwork to compete. It'll be mad crazy to see some of those combos on the big screen and people going "whoa!" "Oooooooh", "awww", etc.

Sorry if I seem kinda behind. Was UMK 3 at EvO last year? I didn't think it was. UMK 3 would fit evo like a glove.

About the PS2 port with MK A. I am very weary of Digital Eclipse porting the game over. Remember MK3? Like Dreamer said, we'll just have to wait and see if its arcade perfect. In the past MK and Arcade perfect just seem like a mismatch.
